Your First 10 Days

Each day for the first 10 days:

Use the 20-minute audio-visual session once daily

(ideally at a quiet time when you won’t be interrupted)

Add a short 5–10 minute music + binaural track whenever you like — while walking, resting, or unwinding

This daily rhythm builds the foundation for long-term change.
