Nature of Services
RePain™ offers non-medical, brain-based approaches for supporting chronic pain, using a combination of clinical hypnosis, brainwave entrainment, and guided imagery. These services are intended as complementary support and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

While we strive to help reduce suffering and improve quality of life, individual results may vary, and no outcomes are guaranteed.

 
Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older, or those with the legal consent of a parent or guardian. Services are suitable for clients who are emotionally and psychologically stable enough to engage in a therapeutic process.

If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or unmanaged psychological condition, we advise seeking medical or psychiatric support before using RePain™.

 
Use of Services & Content
You agree to use our services and products for personal, lawful purposes only. RePain content (including audio tracks, scripts, visuals, and branding) may not be copied, distributed, resold, or repurposed without written permission.

Digital audio content is for private, non-commercial use only.

 
Consultations, Bookings, and Payments
A 15-minute initial consultation is available free of charge and without obligation.
All paid sessions (online or in-person) must be booked and paid in advance.
RePain™ reserves the right to refuse service at any time, particularly if services are deemed inappropriate for the client’s needs or safety.
 
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged at full price at our discretion.
Digital products (e.g. audio downloads) are non-refundable once accessed.
 
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a high-quality, ethical service, RePain™ accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, or dissatisfaction arising from use of its website, services, or products.

By using these services, you accept full responsibility for your own choices and wellbeing.
